About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Royersford. As a leading early education and child care company, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's day
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting
- Passion for working with young children
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements for education and experience
- Eager to bring our Balanced Learning Curriculum to life!
- Willing to create a partnership with parents to work towards the best developmentally appropriate education experience for their children.
- Open communicators; willing to help and open to asking for help.
- Fun and ready to bring the JOY to each day!
- Minimum of 1-year related experience working with children between the ages of 0-5 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
